ORDER DEADLINES

ORDERING YOUR HOME MADE CAKES, CUPCAKES & CRACKERS

You can select a delivery date when you place your order. 

We deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 4pm-7pm.

 

We close off orders at 6.00pm two (2) days prior to the nominated

delivery day unless sold out prior.

What does that look like?

Order before

  • 6pm Sunday for delivery on Tuesday

  • 6pm Monday for delivery on Wednesday 

  • 6pm Tuesday for delivery on Thursday

 

You can select the delivery day that works best for you from the date picker in your Cart.

 


What about orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday?

For orders placed on those days
your earliest delivery will be
Tuesday between 4.00pm and 7.00pm.

​

We don’t deliver on public holidays. 

All prices exclude delivery.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We totally understand

that life happens

And we will do everything in our power to make your Cake & Crackers experience an easy and delicious one. 

 

If we get it wrong we will make it right. Simple.

 

In the highly unlikely event your Cake & Crackers products are not exactly as you ordered please contact us immediately so we can either replace it or refund at our discretion, as soon as possible.

Cancellations

 

Because we bake fresh to order, orders cannot be cancelled after the order deadline for your nominated delivery day has passed. And we cannot offer a refund for change of mind.

CANCELLATION DEADLINES

Online orders may be cancelled as long as the cancellation request is received by us prior to the cut-off times below.

​

  • Orders with a Tuesday delivery:

    • CANCEL by 6.00pm Sunday
       

  • Orders with a Wednesday delivery:

    • CANCEL by 6.00pm Monday 

​

  • Orders with a Thursday delivery:

    • CANCEL by 6.00pm Tuesday
       

  • Self Pick Up Orders (Friday or Saturday)​

    • CANCEL by 6.00pm Wednesday​
